The Agri-Spread Pro+ Horizontal Beater (HBS) manure and bulk product rear discharge spreaders consist of a twin horizontal beater design that offers farmers, growers and contractors the ability to handle a wide variety of manures or bulk products efficiently while giving an accurate spread pattern across a range of widths and products.
Pro+ 14000 Series Horizontal beater is an 14 ton, 1,600mm wide floor model. Twin horizontal rotors over large rotating disks & vanes, these spreaders are designed for increased output, productivity & precision spreading of well-rotted manures, composts, & other bulk materials.
The gearbox/shaft driven rear horizontal balanced twin rotors with boron flights, 12mm boron rotor tips finely shred and chop up material before the adjustable large diameter 1,090mm disks with twin paddles each spread material uniformly up to 24 mtrs depending on material density, moisture and quality etc. Rotors are designed and manufactured by Agri-Spread and dynamically balanced in house for optimum machine performance.
Wide angle 1,000 rpm PTO with driveline & disk paddle shear bolt protection & automatic heavy duty cam clutch
protection for both the spinner disks & the horizontal beaters.
Fully welded construction with double 20mm marine grade 80 floor chains & galvanised heavy gauge box profile quick fit single slats that the floor speed can be controlled variably including cross flow relief valve protection in forward and reverse.
Hydraulic double acting slurry door & a rear rotor hydraulic canopy door with adjustable spring-loaded hood drop
point.
Full ISOBUS application rate control is also an option with load cells & sprung drawbar to ensure rate is maintained
relative to speed.
